We reserve the right to cancel your account at our sole discretion. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your account & password. E Sow Construction is not liable for any loss that you incur as a result of someone else using your credentials with or without your consent. You may be held liable for any losses incurred by the company due to any unauthorized use of your user I.D or password. So protect them !
PURCHASE OF SERVICES
By submitting an order on www.esowconstruction.com, you are responsible for your purchase. Your order confirmation does not constitute as a fulfilled order. E Sow Construction reserves the right at any time to accept or decline your order, even after you receive an order confirmation. We have the right to limit the order quantity of any item and to refuse service to any customer without prior notification.
